1 General Terms and Definitions

4.4 Payment Processing

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. A valid promo code or a direct offer may apply to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (deposit + bonus).

5.2 Wagering Requirement Details

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive ৳1,000 in bonus; you must wager a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• Bonus funds may be used to play any game, however some games may count differently toward wagering contributions
• Certain bonuses may have game restrictions — please read the bonus offer details
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active unless specifically stated
• 7777p reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected

5.4 Cashback Offers

Active members may receive weekly cashback according to their VIP level. The cashback amount and terms are detailed on the relevant promotions page. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is generally withdrawable subject to a 1x wagering requirement.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

If the outcome of any bet or game is affected by a technical error, software failure or data inaccuracy, 7777p reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the bet amount. No additional compensation applies in such cases.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, all bets placed before an event begins are valid. For live betting, the deadline for accepted bets is set separately for each event. Bets may be cancelled if a match is abandoned, postponed or if specific conditions are not met.

6.4 Fair Play Policy

The 7777p VIP program has five levels. Benefits increase as you advance through each level:

• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP level is determined by a member's overall gaming activity and loyalty. Greater activity is required to reach higher levels. VIP level may decrease due to reduced activity over a defined period.

VIP rewards are non-transferable to other persons and relevant wagering requirements may apply for conversion to cash.

8 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Systematic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses ("bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting")
• Opening an account using another person's name or details
• Hacking or unauthorised access to the platform's software or technology systems

8.2 Fraud Handling
